About Favicon Generator
Workforge Favicon Generator turns a single source image into every icon size a modern website needs, right in your browser. Upload a square image (PNG, JPG, WebP, or SVG), and the tool generates favicon.ico (containing 16, 32, and 48 pixel variants), apple-touch-icon.png at 180 pixels, Android chrome icons at 192 and 512 pixels, a Safari mask SVG, and a web app manifest.json. Everything downloads as a single ZIP.
Along with the icon files, the tool outputs an HTML snippet you paste into the head of your site. The snippet includes the right link and meta tags for cross-browser and cross-device support, following current best practice (no obsolete rel=shortcut icon, correct MIME types, correct sizes). Copy the snippet, paste into your layout, upload the files - your favicon works everywhere.
A live preview shows how the icon will look at the tiny browser tab size, so you can catch legibility problems before shipping. If your source is a photo, the built-in background removal cleans up the edges before generating the icons. If your source is an SVG, the tool preserves vector detail for the highest-quality output.
Popular favicon generators either upload your source image, watermark the download, or split the icon set behind a paywall. Workforge Favicon Generator has none of these limits. Everything runs in your browser and the ZIP has no branding.

What icon sizes are included?
favicon.ico (16, 32, 48), apple-touch-icon 180, Android 192 and 512, Safari mask SVG, and a manifest.json. All modern browser and device requirements are covered.
Is a manifest.json included?
Yes. A web app manifest is generated with correct icon references so your site can be installed as a PWA.
Can I use an SVG source?
Yes. SVG sources are preferred because they give the sharpest output at every size.
How do I install the favicons?
